No jail time ordered for fertility doctor who used his own sperm

A retired fertility doctor will get no jail time after pleading guilty to lying to investigators about inseminating patients with his own sperm. A judge sentenced Donald Cline, 79, on Thursday to a one-year suspended sentence.
