USA TODAY US Edition

USA TODAY’s editorial stirred the pot

-

Whoever wrote the USA TODAY editorial, “Rock bottom is no impediment for Trump’s lows,” has written a glaring example of what the American people are so tired of from the news media, and that is to take language that clearly has to do with a person’s past political actions — that were non-sexual in nature — and try to turn it into something lurid purely for the purpose of pushing a political agenda.

We are tired of that! Sick and tired of the fact that politicians elected to get things done are spending time trying to be the moral police instead of doing their jobs.

In fact, on this issue, the only person whose mind is in the gutter is the one who is writing that President Trump called Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand a “whore.” You are the ones who came up with that, not Trump. That is actually so blatant that it makes the writers of this piece look either severely partisan or just not very bright.

All this is making the Democrats — and USA TODAY — look bad. Next time, before you write stuff like this you need to consider that your audience is smarter than you think, and we don’t buy this baloney.

I could not have said it better myself. Congratulations to USA TODAY on providing the American public an accurate portrait of our president.

It’s embarrassing to be a citizen of this great country right now, and this will not change until we are rid of this pariah. Thanks for helping the process of his removal move forward, post haste.

Fellow Americans, let’s “Make America Great Again” by impeaching this monster. Time to rise up and be heard.

Thank you, USA TODAY, for telling it like it is. Very refreshing. You give me hope for a better tomorrow.
