EU TO IMPOSE TARIFFS ON US GOODS FRIDAY

The European Union will start taxing U.S. imports Friday in response to President Donald Trump’s decision to impose tariffs on European steel and aluminum. EU trade chief Cecilia Malmstrom said Wednesday tariffs would amount to $3.4 billion worth of products including bourbon, peanut butter, cranberrie­s, orange juice and Harley Davidson motorcycle­s.
