GAWANDE NAMED CEO OF HEALTH CARE VENTURE

Atul Gawande, the Harvard Medical School professor, surgeon and writer, will head the unnamed health care company set up by Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase. Earlier this year, the three firms formed a coalition aimed at finding a way to cut corporate health care costs.
