Senator says he still has trouble breathing since attack

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., told the Bowling Green Daily News he still has trouble breathing since he was tackled in his yard eight months ago by a neighbor.

His attacker, Rene Boucher, was given a 30-day sentence, a punishment Paul, who suffered broken ribs, said should have been harsher.
