US senators warn Moscow against midterm meddling

U.S. senators urged Russia on Wednesday not to meddle in the U.S. midterm elections in November if it wants to improve strained bilateral ties. The senators were in Russia as part of a congressional visit.

Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., called for a “change in behavior” by Moscow.
