TRAVIS STEPPING DOWN AS DUNKIN’ DOUGHNUTS CEO

The CEO of Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc., the parent company of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts, is retiring, and a new CEO has been named. David Hoffman, 50, will take over the role immediately, the company said on Wednesday, succeeding Nigel Travis, 68, who held the position since January 2009. Hoffman will remain president of Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. – a position he has held since October 2016.
