BEST BUY BOOSTS FORECAST AFTER STRONG 3Q RESULTS
Best Buy’s third-quarter results beat estimates, and the consumer electronics retailer boosted its full-year earnings forecast. The Richfield, Minnesota-based company earned $277 million, or 99 cents per share, up from $239 million, or 78 cents per share, a year earlier. Sales at stores open at least a year climbed 4.3 percent.
