From a statement by Tampa, Florida, police after the arrest of 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster. The 49ers, who played in Tampa, released Foster before the game. He faces a misdemeanor count of domestic battery and posted a $2,000 bond Sunday, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff ’s Office website. Police said Foster and the alleged victim “lived together in the past and they were involved in an on-again-off-again relationship over the past three years.”
