Economic adviser warns there could be more tariffs on China

The White House warned Chinese President Xi Jinping against trying to wait out President Donald Trump in the trade dispute between their countries. The warning from Larry Kudlow, director of the National Economic Council, came before the two leaders’ highstakes meeting Saturday in Argentina at the Group of 20 summit. Kudlow said more tariffs will be imposed if the United States doesn’t get “satisfactory” responses to its positions.
