Police: Man with guns at school in North Carolina had hit list

A Virginia man allegedly found with two guns in a North Carolina high school had a handwritten note that may have been a hit list.

Steve Spence of Norfolk, Virginia, is charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder and other offenses. He’s held on $2 million bail.

According to warrants, Spence’s note mentioned the school and included the word “kill” and two first names.
