JIMMY DEAN READY-TO-EAT SAUSAGE LINKS RECALLED

The maker of Jimmy Dean sausage is recalling more than 14 tons of its frozen, ready-to-eat sausage links because they may have pieces of metal inside. CTI Foods of Owingsville, Kentucky, is recalling about 29,028 pounds of Heat ‘n Serve Original Sausage Links Made with Pork & Turkey. The sausage links were produced and packaged on Aug. 4. The 23.4-oz. pouches had a use-by date of Jan. 31.
