Video has resurfaced from a 2016 episode of “The View” host explaining an old photo of herself, then 29, portraying a “beautiful African woman.” “I was so cute,” Behar says, saying she dressed up for a Halloween party and sported her natural curly hair and makeup that was “a little darker than my skin.” The story resurfaces as various racial sandals continue to emerge, including Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam facing intense scrutiny after he admitted he donned blackface for a dance party more than 30 years ago.
