Johnson County (Kansas) District Attorney Stephen Howe in a news conference Wednesday declining to press charges against all-pro Chiefs receiver Tyreek Hill and his fiancée related to a child abuse investigat­ion. Howe said the criminal investigat­ion has concluded, but the child protection case is ongoing.
