❚ 2% tax on households with a net worth of $50 million or more.
❚ The federal government would forgive up to $50,000 in student loan debt in a household making less than $100,000 annually.
❚ It would offer less forgiveness for families making up to a quarter of a million dollars and nothing for those making more than that.
