HOW WAS YOUR DAY? ‘HADESTOWN’ FANS
The musical created by Vermont singer/songwriter Anais Mitchell was nominated Tuesday for a Tony Award for best musical, one of 14 nominations for the production. “Hadestown” will compete for Broadway’s top prize against “Ain’t Too Proud,” “Beetlejuice,” “The Prom” and “Tootsie” in a ceremony airing June 9 (8 p.m. EDT/PDT) on CBS. “Hadestown” received the most nominations of any production this year.
