National Football Foundation president Steve Hatchell on actor and former UCLA quarterback Mark Harmon being named recipient of the NFF Gold Medal in recognition of his accomplishments and reflecting the values of amateur football. He will be honored at the NFF Annual Awards Dinner Dec. 10 in New York. He is the son of former Michigan Heisman winner Tom Harmon.
