While under oath in January 2022, shooting Officer Albert Gonzales identified a fifth witness officer to his shooting of 21-year-old Michael Bell. This officer was concealed by the Kenosha Police Department and gathered evidence at the crime scene. Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian refuses to release the 17-year-old police bullet for outside expert analysis. Bell’s father has offered to indemnify the City from financial harm.
