Longtime “Today” show meteorologist Al Roker is heading home from the hospital. Roker, 68, announced on Instagram this month that he’s been hospitalized for blood clots. Roker was able to leave the hospital for Thanksgiving dinner, according to his Instagram post Thursday. “So much to be #thankful for on the #thanksgiving day. Leaving the hospital and home for,” he wrote.
