Supreme Court to hear case on student loan forgiveness

The Supreme Court said Thursday that it would hear arguments over President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness program. The plan has been tied up in courts after six states accused the White House of exceeding its authority when it decided to wipe out debt owed by tens of millions. The plan will be kept on pause until justices rule next year.
