*Barnes County Veterans Service Office Veterans Coffee Hour welcomes BC Veterans to a meet and greet with other area veterans every third Wednesday of the month from 10 a.m.-12 noon. • Service of Prayer for Christian Unity to be held Sunday, January 21, 3 p.m. Chapel at SMP Health/St. Raphael (979 Central Ave. N., Valley City. The event, sponsored by the Barnes County Ministeria­l Committee, is free and open to the public. If you or someone you love is experienci­ng memory loss, come to the Memory Cafes in Valley City. It’s a chance for individual­s with dementia or early onset Alzheimer’s to connect with others. Caregivers and family members are welcome too.
