• Sheyenne Memory Cafe Event will be held Thursday, January 25, 1-3 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 309 4th St NE, Valley City. If you or someone you love is experiencing memory loss, come to the Memory Cafes in Valley City. It’s a chance for individuals with dementia or early onset Alzheimer’s to connect with others. Caregivers and family members are welcome too.
• Valley City Eagles Auxiliary burger night will be held January 25, 5-7 p.m., with meeting to follow.
• Valley City Barnes County Public Library activities: 10:30 a.m. Movie.
• Barnes County Senior Center menu: Turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, squash, applesauce, pumpkin pie. Activities: 1:00 PM -Board games.

• Barnes County Senior Center menu: BBQ on bun, tator tots, coleslaw, peaches. Activities: 9:30 AM - Bone Builders Exercise, 1:00 PM Bingo.
Sat., Jan. 27
• Valley City Christian School will host a Pancakes of Praise Fundraiser on Saturday, January 27, 7 a.m.-10:30 a.m. at the Dacotah Pavilion in Chautatqua Park. The event is a free will donation that is open to the public with all welcome to attend.
The Pavilion is located at 933 12th St NE, Valley City.
