Thethe Westwest Hhollywood City Council approved the project, designed by Gensler, voting 4-1 to permit the construction of a stepped-back building that’s nine stories high. The project will also include an automated parking garage for 351 cars and a rooftop pool deck.

“To me, this is the sort of use that we’ve all been dreaming about having for quite some time to reinvigorate and reenergize music on the Sunset Strip,” West Hollywood Mayor John Duran told Curbed LA.
