Newly minted Globe winners stopped by the HFPA’S official viewing and after-party to have their statuettes personalized at an engraving station at the back of the soiree. Glenn Close arrived with her longtime agent before bumping into Christian Bale as he was waiting for his trophy to be finished. “Bodyguard” star Richard Madden shot his engraving on his iphone, and Olivia Colman playfully wiped her hands on her dress before being handed her statuette. A buffet offered mini turkey burgers, popcorn shrimp with creole dip and white truffle-parmesan tater tots.
