Silicon Beach Area Homes Are in Demand

Playa Vista’s new identity is nearing the finish line, with residential, office and retail spaces approaching full build-out. The Silicon Beach community includes the single-family Collection residences, with 42 of 66 homes already sold. Developed by Brookfield Residential, the homes include elevators and spacious decks. Only two of the luxury Jewel homes, which measure in at up to 4,500 square feet, are still available. Residents will be able to shop and play at the upcoming Runway, offering a Whole Foods Market, Cinemark theaters and a boulder-climbing center.
