Publicist Alyssa Furnari and Craig Kind were married on April 21. Coinciding with Furnari’s 38th birthday, the intimate Westchester, Calif., wedding was a surprise for the bride planned by Kind. Guests included Google AI & Empathy Lab’s Monica Jenkins and Universal Music Group’s Jamie Diamond. Furnari is a director at Sunshine Sachs; Kind is the associate creative director at Y Media Labs.

Jason Blum and Lauren Schuker Blum welcomed daughter Bette Sue Blum on April 27, joining siblings Roxy, 6, and Booker, 3. Jason is the founder of Blumhouse Prods.; Lauren is a screenwriter.

R.J. Cutler and Jane Cha Cutler welcomed Penelope (Penny) Clair Cha Cutler, born April 22 in Los Angeles and named after their late friend and mentor, documentarian D.A. Pennebaker, sometimes known as Penne. The couple are also parents to Madeleine, 5, and Max, 2. R.J. is a director and the president of This Machine Filmworks; Jane is a producer with the company.

Jason Bolde and Adair Curtis announced on Instagram that they are expecting their first child: “As many of you that have watched ‘Styling Hollywood’ know, the journey to fatherhood has been long for us but our dream is finally coming true!!!” Known for their Netflix reality series, Bolden is a stylist and Curtis is an interior designer.

Scheana Shay and Brock Davies welcomed their first baby “My heart is SO FULL On the morning of 4/26/21 we welcomed to the world Summer Moon Honey Davies, weighing in at 6lbs 12 oz,” Shay announced on Instagram. Shay is a television personality best known for “Vanderpump Rules”; Davies is a personal trainer.
