Eric Schrier has joined Disney General Entertainment as president of Disney Television Studios & Business Operations, reporting to DGE chairman Dana Walden. He recently was president of FX Entertainment.

Céline Roux has joined ITV Studios France as COO as the British titan looks to grow in the French market. Roux has been in French media since 2001, holding business and acquisitions posts at TF1 and as a content executive for Newen Studios.

David Gray has been promoted to head of Universal Music Publishing Group’s Global Creative Group. He’ll lead a team of senior A&R execs and remain UMPG’S exec vice president and head of U.S. A&R.

Chika Chukudebelu Igwilo has joined FX as senior VP of development. She had been VP of drama programming for HBO Max, where she worked on “The Flight Attendant,” the revival of “Gossip Girl” and DC’S “Peacemaker.”

Ralf Jacob has been named exec VP of global broadcast engineering for Televisaunivision, reporting to CEO Wade Davis. He previously was a top exec at Verizon Digital Media Services.

Frances Field has been tapped as VP of brand marketing for Hallmark Media. She comes to the company after leading consumer marketing and media at OWN.

Dave Macesich has joined ITV Studios America as senior VP of finance. Macesich spent more than 20 years at Showtime Networks as senior VP of finance.

Justin Edwards has been promoted to agent in WME’S Contemporary Music and Touring division, where he helps manage the Revivalists and the Main Squeeze, among others. He’s been with WME since 2017.
