Blue Ribbon fans were dismayed when they heard Eric and Bruce Bromberg, who’d successfully translated their Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill from New York City for a Vegas audience at Cosmopolitan would be closing down. Until they found out that the brothers planned to go back to their roots— a spinoff of their NYC flagship. Now open, the “new” Blue Ribbon harnesses the clandestine vibe they’re known for and focuses on New American favorites like rack of lamb, beef marrow and oxtail marmalade, matzo ball soup— and an amazing raw bar.
