“OUR PALETTE was inspired by a still-life photo of fruit—rich plum, warm papaya, hints of pinks, reds, and chestnut,” says designer Liz Macphail of her basement wine cellar and lounge enveloped in Brazilian quartzite and high-gloss aubergine paint.
