Progressive, Culture, Lifestyle 3 words being used in our market

These first 2 months of the year, I have been attending many real estate conventions and events, community meetings, city and county meetings and events and everyone and everywhere is excited of what is happening.

Our speakers and leaders are discussing our state and local areas in a very progressive manner. If you travel down Interstate 75 toward Atlanta, you will see all the improvements, road construction and growth happening in those areas. In meetings involving our businesses and our state, we are hearing all the positive growth and progressive thinking that our leaders are promoting.

Our real estate market locally has been very busy. We are having a great 1st quarter and look forward to continued success this year. The market seems to be reacting to positive leaders, positive growth and progressive thinking.

All over our country, the lifestyles of coffee shops, downtown shops, cafes and outdoor activities are changing the culture of our country and our communities. These changes encourage growth and relocation to our local market. I am excited to say we are moving in all those directions. Walker County is not only getting an App to be used in our area, but we are filling in many shops, cafes, events and outdoor activities to include in this app. When this is released, I will share how it is being used in our market and the real estate market.
