Riverbend Festival announces “Sweet Tea Night” lineup

-

Crowder headlines Faith and Family Night Tuesday, June 13 at 9 p.m.. He released his debut solo studio album in 2014. The lead single off Neon Steeple was “I Am” and charted at No. 3 on the Billboard Christian Songs chart. Crowder’s hit “Come As You Are” achieved a Grammy nomination in 2015 for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song.

Sidewalk Prophets, a contemporary Christian music band from Nashville, will kick off the action on the Bud Light Stage at 5:30PM . Their album These Simple Truths contained the single “The Words I Would Say.” Sidewalk Prophets won the 2010 GMA Dove Award for New Artist of the Year.

Get ready for Jamie Grace to rock the Bud Light Stage at 7:30PM. She’s more than just a contemporary Christian musician, singer and rapper, the Atlanta native is a songwriter as well. In 2010, TobyMac found her songs on YouTube and signed her to his label Gotee Records for two albums. Grace’s song “Hold Me” landed her a nomination at the 2012 Grammys and won the 2012 Dove Award for New Artist of the Year.

Chevy Stage acts for Faith & Family: Calling Glory at 5:30 p.m. and Finding Favour at 7:30 p.m.

Faith & Family Night is often dubbed ‘Sweet Tea Night’ because there are no alcohol sales that night of the festival. Admission for Tuesday night only is $10 — a deep discount from the $25 daily admission at the gate for other nights. An 8-day festival admission wristband does include admission for Faith & Family Night.
