Laramie Fitzsimmons, 35, Hixson, Tenn.

Laramie Fitzsimmons, of Hixson, Tenn., passed away on May 26, 2017, while enjoying life. He was 35.

Laramie attended the school of hard knocks at the University of Life. Before his death he forged a trail of laughter, generosity and love. He could fix or build anything, loved the water especially the ocean, and anything that went fast especially cars. He is now stress free, at peace and has before him the eternal plate of the perfectly cooked steak (rare) and calamari.

He will be sadly and sorely missed by his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy BakerFitzsimmons and grandparents.

Survivors include: his father, Larry (Carol) Fitzsimmons; son, Khol Fitzsimmons; significant other, Serena Weeks; sister, Rachel (Garry) Randolph and brother, Stephen Reed.

Visitation: The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4-8 p.m. and prior

to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.

Graveside services: will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at Mount Olivet because he didn’t like to get up early and especially on the weekends if he didn’t have to work.
