Earl B. Payne, 74, Rossville
Mr. Earl B. Payne, of Rossville, Ga., entered into the gates of Heaven on June 8, 2017, to be with his Lord and Savior whom he loved and served during his life. He was 74.
Mr. Payne was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
He was formerly a photographer and surgical technician. After attending Kirkman Technical High School he proudly served his country in the United States Army.
The family would like to send a special Thank You to the staff of Hospice of Chattanooga for all their help and support.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Adele Lankford Payne and a brother, Mitchell Payne.
Survivors include: his loving wife, Norma Jean Lively Payne; daughters, Tanya Picklesimer, Debbie (Mark) Kuehne and Donna (Martin) Keen; stepchildren, Tracey (Lebron) Morrow, Terri Camp and Larry (Heather) Camp; 13 grandchildren and 5 beautiful greatgrandchildren; brothers; Robert and Rudy Payne; aunt, Mary Ross; uncle, C R Lankford; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, June 12.
Funeral services: will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, in the South Crest Chapel.
Burial: will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
