Then on Thurs­day, the Lady Tigers trav­eled to Floyd County and col­lected a pair of wins, get­ting a mea­sure of re­venge in the process.

Ring­gold opened with a 25-16, 25-7 win over host Model be­hind nine kills, 11 digs and three aces from Bick­ley. Ter­rell fin­ished with three kills, three as­sists, three aces and seven digs and Met­calf had three kills, four aces, five digs and 13 as­sists.

Hall col­lected two kills, an ace and seven digs. Brooks had six digs and an ace, while Thoma­son fin­ished with four digs and two kills.

They capped the night with a 14-25, 25-23, 15-11 win over Sono­rav­ille in a re­match.

Bick­ley had a teamhigh 13 kills to go with 14 digs, four blocks and two aces. Met­calf had 20 as­sists and 17 digs to go with three kills and three aces. Thoma­son had two kills, two blocks and eight digs and Brooks col­lected 16 digs and four kills.

Ring­gold (20-16) was sched­uled to host LaFayette and Chris­tian Her­itage for Se­nior Night this Tues­day be­fore the start of the area tour­na­ment on Thurs­day. Higherseeded teams host in the open­ing round be­fore the re­main­der of the tour­na­ment will con­clude at North Mur­ray on Satur­day.
