Tractor Supply Company is supporting Georgia’s next generation of agricultural leaders through the 3rd annual Grants for Growing program. This year, Georgia Tractor Supply customers donated $23,700 to fund local, youth-led agriculture projects made possible by the initiative.

Tractor Supply Company awarded eight grants to Georgia FFA chapters that requested funding to build or enhance sustainable educational projects that will further their students’ understanding of agriculture. Grants will help fund projects including a livestock show ring for LaFayette High School, a honeybee initiative and a project providing free-standing pantries for community members in need.

“Grants for Growing not only allows us to invest in Georgia communities, but also invest in Georgia youth who are the future of the agriculture industry,” said Christi Korzekwa, a senior vice president at Tractor Supply.
