Lima Memorial to start next set of vaccinations
Beginning Tuesday, January 19, Lima Memorial Health System will begin administering the COVID-19 vaccine to individuals ages 80 and older as part of the state’s Phase 1B rollout plan. Vaccines will be administered according to the Ohio Department of Health’s timeline. No exceptions can be made.
Appointments can be scheduled beginning Friday, January 15 at 9 a.m. Individuals ages 80 and older can call 419-998-4491 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday to schedule their vaccine or visit limamemorial. org/vaccine to request an appointment.
Lima Memorial Health System will offer the COVID-19 vaccine by appointment at Lima Memorial Health System’s main campus Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. A second vaccination clinic will be located at the Lima Memorial Medical Park with appointments offered Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Initial vaccine supply will be limited and distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis. This schedule is subject to change based on vaccine availability. An appointment is required to receive the vaccine.
