Crossroads groundbreaking planned
CRIDERSVILLE — The Crossroads of Northwest Ohio is hosting an official groundbreaking ceremony at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 22, to kickoff the development of an orchestrated mixed-use community creating an expansive Live-work-play commercial and residential district in Cridersville.
Members of the press, community stakeholders and local political representatives are invited to join us at our site located at I-75 and National Road as they celebrate the official groundbreaking with brief comments from area investors and visionaries including Dr. Craig Nicholson, Josh Bloomfield, Logan O’neill and Doug Olsson.
Representatives from The Crossroads will share brief comments about the vision of bringing together residential spaces, commercial and retail businesses, restaurants, and entertainment to build a “neighborhood” of mixed-use space essentially turning The Crossroads of Northwest Ohio into a premier destination for individuals to do business, shop, live and play.
“We couldn’t be more excited and pleased at the potential impact of this project on our region. The development will improve the quality of life in the region with opportunities for restaurants, entertainment and housing. It will provide opportunities for local entrepreneurship and will also help larger employers and local industries expand. It will help us recruit new and also retain existing talent. This is a local project being developed to strengthen and improve Rain the region we all call home,” said Likely Dr. Craig Nicholson, president.
