She was knowledgeable in many subjects and excelled in her sales positions of many years with both Wolohan and Crouse Lumber. She liked gardening both flowers and vegetables, canning her produce, and living in the country. Her prolific gardening, baking talents, and collected antiques gained her more than a few ribbons at the Auglaize County Fair.

Judy’s caring spirit also motivated her to help others by donating over 15 gallons of blood to the Red Cross over the years. Judy was an adventurous soul and was impelled to try many things, including bungee-jumping, para-sailing, white-water rafting. Her curiosity drove her to make various trips around the United States and overseas. For 28 years she, her sister & friends took fall hiking trips in the Smoky Mountains. Friendships forged in high school were maintained with monthly breakfasts shared at Amvets in Lakeview along with monthly lunch outings with “The Old Girls” group. Judy attended Indian Lake Nazarene, Full Gospel of Lima, and 19 years at Harvest Baptist where she was a member of a Bible study group.
