Kutter, Rogers Exchange Vows
FAYETTEVILLE — Kayla Elizabeth Kutter and William David Rogers, both of Farmington, were married May 12, 2012, at Vesper Point at Mount Sequoyah Retreat and Conference Center in Fayetteville. The Rev. Gordon Small, pastor of Eastwood Baptist Church in Tulsa, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Kevan and Lynn Kutter of Farmington. She is the granddaughter of Jack and Marcia Reichert of Andalusia, Ala. and the late Howard Dedmon and Virginia Dedmon.
The groom is the son of David and Kenda Rogers of Farmington. He is the grandson of Woody and Christine Rogers of Lincoln and the late Kenneth Mork.
The bride and groom were married in a simple garden wedding, full of romance and a touch of lace.
The bride wore an ivory chiffon gown with beaded straps and a beaded v-neckline that outlined a crisscross bodice. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet containing a mix of white blooms, including alstroemeria lilies, cushion mums, carnations, asters and waxflower. The bouquet was accented with a lace wrap.
Blake Kutter and Jeffrey Kutter, brothers of the bride, seated guests. Julia Small of Tulsa attended the guest book. Wedding music was provided by Kyle Spencer on vocals and guitar, Adam Colon on electric bass and Craig Spencer on drums.
A reception followed the ceremony at First Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
Following their honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple is at home in Broken Arrow, Okla.
The bride is a recent graduate of the University of Tulsa, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. She is an engineer with Exterran in Broken Arrow, Okla. The groom is a firefighter with Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport in Highfill.
