Pearl Zonia Lankford

FARMINGTON — Pearl Zonia Lankford, 92, a resident of Farmington, passed away Jan. 29, 2013, in Prairie Grove. She was born Feb. 22, 1920, in Winfrey Valley the daughter of John and Nancy Hillard Pense.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Garland Lankford, seven brother and sisters, Dewey, Ruie, Dillard, Willard, Millard, Leona and Ott.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service was held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Luginbuel Chapel. Burial was in Rose Cemetery in Viney Grove.

Beulah Mae King

Beulah Mae King, 100, a resident of Lincoln passed away Jan. 31, 2013,, in Springdale. She was born April 16, 1912, in Gar eld, Ark., the daughter of Roy William and Susie Ann Mathew Green.

Beulah resided at home until going to the Fayettevil­le City Hospital in January 2007. She was a proud farmers wife, who enjoyed listening to gospel music and spending time with her entire family.

She was preceded in death by her rst husband Ed Roberts and her second husband Luther Ted King, four brothers, John Riley Green, William Claud Green, Sherman Kenneth Green, and Forest Eugene Green; three sisters, Edna Hilton, Ollie Marie Walker, Edith Precilla Green.

She is survived by one sister, Ruby Helen Hale of Atchison, Kansas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service was held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Luginbuel Chapel. Burial was in Scott Cemetery in Prairie Grove.

Scott Barrett

Scott Barrett, 46, of Savannah, Ga., passed from this life to be with his Savior on Jan. 15. 2013. He died of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Savannah. He was born in Texas City, Texas, on April 10, 1966, to Bennie and Sandra Barrett.

He lived his life to the fullest, traveling the world and living among different cultures.

He was a loving son, husband, father,and brother. He had a caring heart and went above and beyond to help others.

Survivors include his wife, Andreina Narvaez, of Savannah; his son, Andres Barrett, of Savannah; his parents, Bennie and Sandra Barrett, of Cane Hill; his sister, Angie Hunton, of Prairie Grove; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was cremated and his ashes will be buried in Cane Hill.

A memorial for his family and friends in Arkansas will be held Feb. 10 at 3 p.m. in the Prairie Grove Methodist Church.
