Annual Meeting

Farmington Cemetery Associatio­n, Inc., will hold its annual meeting at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 17, at Farmington City Hall. Anyone interested in the cemetery is invited to attend, especially lot owners and/or members of their families. Business will include election of officers and one board member position. Concession Stand

Proposals

The city of Farmington is accepting proposals for concession stand services at the Farmington Sports Complex. Deadline is 9 a.m., Feb. 8. For more informatio­n, contact City Hall at 267-3865.

Dance, Cheer Tryouts

There will be a mandatory parent meeting for all those students in grades 8-12 who might be interested in dance or cheer for the 2013-14 year. The meeting will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 10 at the middle school.

PRAIRIE GROVE

AARP Meeting

AARP will hold a Valentine party on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the Prairie Grove Senior Center for an evening of great food and Bingo. Festivitie­s will begin at 5 p.m.

Church singing

New Hope Community Church will be having a singing on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 6:30 p.m. Anyone who wants to sing is welcome. The church is located on County Road 8, three miles off U.S. 62 West. (It is known as Greasy Valley Road.) For more informatio­n call 846-3267.
