Event Set

The City of Lincoln has set Dec. 7 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for its annual Christmas on the Square event. Free Christmas dinner served at the community building, Santa Claus, free pony rides and much more.

FARMINGTON

Holiday Bazaar

Farmington High School Class of 2014 Project Graduation will sponsor a Holiday Bazaar, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16 in the high school commons. Admission is $2. (children 10 and under free) Come enjoy a wonderful day of shopping with our crafters and vendors. Booth space is available for your business, group, or organization. Kiwanis Meeting

Farmington Area Kiwanis Club will meet at 7 a. m., Nov. 7, at Briar Rose Bakery in Farmington. Members and guests are invited. The agenda will include plans for Veterans Day recognition, Cardinal Tree and the Christmas parade.

Veterans Recognition

A ceremony in honor of Veterans Day will be held 8:30 a.m., Nov. 11 in the gym at Farmington High School. All veterans, active military and family members are invited to attend.

Holiday Shopping

One-stop shopping from 5-9 p.m. on Nov. 9 at Prairie Grove High School with 22 vendors, snacks and drawings to benefit the Prairie Grove Shop With A Cop program. Get a jump on Christmas shopping while helping our kids.
