Report to Public Lincoln School District’s Report to the public is set for Tuesday, Oct. 14, with meal starting at 5:30 p.m. and meeting to start at 6 p.m. in the Elementary Cafeteria. The public is invited to attend.

Apple Festival Arkansas Apple Festival is set for Oct. 3-5 in downtown Lincoln. Arts and Crafts booths, talent contest, music, apple cider and apple slices available and much more.

PRAIRIE GROVE

Blood Drive Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2, at Prairie Grove High School, 500 N. Cole St.

EAST Night Out The Prairie Grove Middle School EAST program will have its annual EAST Night Out from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 14, in the eighth grade profession­al developmen­t room. The public is invited to see all that the students work on in EAST.

Annual Report Prairie Grove School District will give its 2014 Annual Report to the Public at 6 p.m., Monday, Oct. 13, during the regularly monthly meeting in the school board room at the middle school. The middle school will give its annual report 5:30 p.m., Oct. 14, in the middle school profession­al developmen­t room. The primary and intermedia­te schools will give their reports 5:30 p.m., Oct. 14, in the primary cafeteria. The public is invited to attend.

Country Sale A Junk Ranch country sale featuring antiques, vintage, handmade, junk and repurposed items will be held 1-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 4, at 11195 Centerpoin­t Church Road. Cost is $8 for early shopping pass for both days or $4 for general admission for one day.

FARMINGTON

Coats Given Away First Baptist Church in Farmington, 589 Rheas Mill Road, will have Operation Share Community Coat Drive from 6-8 p.m., Oct. 5, 6 and 7 at the church. Coats, light jackets and sweatshirt­s will be given away as long as supplies last. All sizes are available. One item per person will be allowed. All clothing is clean. ACT Boot Camp Farmington High will sponsor an ACT Boot Camp, Thursday, Oct. 9. Cost to Farmington students is $49, a discount of the normal cost of $250. The six-hour workshop will include two books for each participan­t, 26 practice tests with detailed answers and explanatio­ns and a strategy book. Freshman Academy Farmington Freshman Academy will host a Parents Night, 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 23, in the High School Media Center. Principal Bob Echols will present the academy’s annual Report to the Public after the Parent Night meeting.

Singing Program Bethel Grove Community will host singing group Save By Grace at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 4, at the Bethel Grove Community building.
