Bradley Phillips, 26, of Prairie Grove, was cited Nov. 10 on a warrant for contempt of court.

A 15-year-old juvenile of Prairie Grove was cited Nov. 11 and released to parent in connection with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christy Navarro, 25, of Prairie Grove, was cited Nov. 13 for license.

Brian Vancleave, 42, of Springdale, was arrested Nov. 13 in connection with DWI, driving on suspended license, following too close, violation of open container.

Loman Rahn, 26, of Rapid City, S.D., was arrested Nov. 16 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Justin Sargent, 39, of Prairie Grove, was arrested Nov. 16 in connection with driving on suspended license, possession instrument of crime.

Athena Fontes-Ellis, 29, of Springdale was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay.

Ron Blocker, 41, of Little Rock, was arrested Nov. 14 on a warrant for failure to appear.
