Charles Stafford, 46, of Fayetteville, was arrested Dec. 14 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Stetson Pruitt, 20, of Prairie Grove, was arrested Dec. 14 in connection with reckless driving, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, littering.

Michael Stout, 19, of Prairie Grove, was arrested Dec. 14 in connection with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Easter, 20, of Cane Hill, was cited Dec. 14 in connection with minor in possession of alcohol.
