Priority Bank Announces New Board Members
Priority Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Dale Reed and Ray Stidham to its Board of Directors.
Priority Bank is a local financial services institution since 1993 serving Ozark and Northwest Arkansas with quality service and professionalism. Priority Bank is incorporated in the State of Arkansas and is a federally chartered Savings Bank.
The bank opened for business July 3, 1993, in Ozark and opened its first northwest Arkansas office in 2005 in Fayetteville. It opened a new location in Prairie Grove in July.
Dale Reed is a resident of Prairie Grove and graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in public relations/marketing. He has been employed with PGTelco since 2001, currently serving as sales and marketing manager.
Reed has held and currently holds several offices and positions within the city of Prairie Grove. He currently serves as president of Prairie Grove Chamber of Commerce and has served two terms on the Chamber Board of Directors. Reed is a member of the Prairie Grove City Council and also serves as chairman of Prairie Grove Planning Commission. He is also very active in various civic organizations including Prairie Grove Lions Club and Farmington Area Kiwanis.
Ray Stidham has served as president of Priority Bank since December 2013 and served the Prairie Grove market since 2005. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado where he also served two years on the Arkansas Alumni Advisory Board. He is past president of Northwest Arkansas Basketball Officials Association, is involved in the community and supports the local schools and city activities.
