Robert Phipps, 37, of Prairie Grove, was arrested May 30 in connection with suspended driver’s license, leaving the the scene of property damage accident, failure to maintain control, no proof of insurance.

April Truitt, 26, of Hubert, Okla., was arrested May 31 in connection with DWI, speeding.

Michael Elmore, 24, of Winslow, was arrested May 31 on a warrant for failure to appear.
