Monthly Dinner

Bethel Grove community will have a community dinner at the Bethel Grove Community Center, Friday. The dinner is at 6:30 p.m. and music by the 4 Saviors will start at 7 p.m. Bring a covered dish to the dinner.

FARMINGTON

Community Fall Fest Farmington First Church of the Nazarene, 9 South Cherry St., will sponsor a Fall Fest Outreach Event and a Classic Car Show for the community from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at the church. It will include inflatable­s, face painting, live music, free food and many prize giveaways. The event is free to the public.

LINCOLN

Recipe Club The Recipe Club will meet at The Lincoln Public Library at 1 p.m., Oct 9. Everyone is invited and this is free to the public.

PRAIRIE GROVE

EAST Day Out

Prairie Grove EAST team will sponsor “EAST Day Out” on Saturday, Oct. 7, to display the past year’s projects and plans for the 2017-18 school year. The team also will host the grand opening for the Keaton Coyle Memorial Disc Golf Course at the high school.

Blood Drive Community Blood Center will sponsor a blood drive, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, at Prairie Grove High School, 500 N. Cole.

Afterschoo­l Encampment Prairie Grove Battlefiel­d State Park will sponsor an Afterschoo­l Encampment, 4-5 p.m., Monday evenings in October (except for the 30th). The event is a weekly program for children ages 6-12. Each week’s activity will focus on a different theme, craft, or skill. Kids, wear sturdy walking shoes and bring water. Snacks and craft supplies are provided. Free admission. Meet at Hindman Hall Museum.
