Seniors over 60 are invited to come to Fat Rolls in Prairie Grove for free coffee, 8-10 a.m., Aug. 31. The coffee is sponsored by West Washington County AARP. The first meeting for the organization will be 2 p.m., Sept. 13 at First Presbyterian Church on the corner of Bush and Neal St. Come and bring a friend.
Masonic Breakfast Prairie Grove Masonic Lodge will have a pancake breakfast 6-10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 1 at the Lodge on North Mock Street in Prairie Grove. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs. Donations are accepted. Proceeds go to scholarships for Prairie Grove and Farmington students.
Hot Rods For Hope Prairie Grove Christian Church will have its annual 7th Annual Charity Car Show 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 1. Registration is $20 car entry fee and starts at 9 a.m. All proceeds go to help Ralph House fight trafficking. Classes include Top 5 2000 and newer cars, Top 5 19731999 show car, Top 15 19001972, People’s Choice, Best in Show.
Clothesline Fair Gospel Sing Anyone interested in singing at the Clothesline Fair Gospel Sing on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 2, please call Marion Cowan at 479-8413372. Each singer or group, please plan on 20-30 minutes of songs. Everyone else bring your lawn chair and enjoy the music.
