Ed Chappell, 59, of Farmington, Ark., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018, in Fayetteville, Ark.
He was born July 15, 1959, in Bellflower, Calif., to Troy and Alpha Stout Chappell. He was the Telecommunications Manager at Washington Regional Medical Center for many years. He loved to fish, golf, ride motorcycles and enjoyed camping. He was a “Superman” to his daughters and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Larry Joe Chappell; and stepfather, Leonard Reese.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Caselman Chappell of the home; two daughters, Carrie Chappell Waggoner and husband, Jason of Porter, Texas, and Lacey Chappell Gordon and husband, Kevin of Farmington; a brother, Carlton “Corky” Chappell and wife, Dorise; a sister, Betty Jo; four grandchildren, Kenyan and Lainey Waggoner, Kaylee Youngblood and Addyson Gordon; nephew, Larry Ray Chappell and wife, Christina; and many other nephews and cousins.
Graveside services were held Monday, Sept. 10, 2018, at Farmington Cemetery with Randall Caselman and Bill Hooten officiating.
