Ed Chap­pell, 59, of Farm­ing­ton, Ark., passed away Wed­nes­day, Sept. 5, 2018, in Fayetteville, Ark.

He was born July 15, 1959, in Bellflower, Calif., to Troy and Al­pha Stout Chap­pell. He was the Telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions Man­ager at Wash­ing­ton Re­gional Med­i­cal Cen­ter for many years. He loved to fish, golf, ride mo­tor­cy­cles and en­joyed camp­ing. He was a “Su­per­man” to his daugh­ters and grand­chil­dren.

He was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents; brother, Larry Joe Chap­pell; and step­fa­ther, Leonard Reese.

He is sur­vived by his wife, Kathy Casel­man Chap­pell of the home; two daugh­ters, Carrie Chap­pell Wag­goner and hus­band, Ja­son of Porter, Texas, and Lacey Chap­pell Gor­don and hus­band, Kevin of Farm­ing­ton; a brother, Carl­ton “Corky” Chap­pell and wife, Dorise; a sis­ter, Betty Jo; four grand­chil­dren, Kenyan and Lainey Wag­goner, Kaylee Young­blood and Ad­dyson Gor­don; nephew, Larry Ray Chap­pell and wife, Christina; and many other neph­ews and cousins.

Grave­side ser­vices were held Mon­day, Sept. 10, 2018, at Farm­ing­ton Ceme­tery with Randall Casel­man and Bill Hooten of­fi­ci­at­ing.
